All the weather indicators had been good leading upto the day of the trip. Still, we were completely surprised at how incredible the day tured out to be: warm, sunny and not a cloud in the sky. We did several runs without wearing any jackets. It doesn't get any better.
In the beginning, the group was biased towards skiing. Pretty soon, the tide began to turn. In the end majority of the group was snowboarding.
It was a great trip all the way around: a good ol' road trip with people younger at heart than you will find in a freshies hostel; surprise snowball attacks at first sight of powder; a great day to be on the slopes; the thrill of a high speed descent...I would love to do this again.
