IITBAA Board Elections 2010

Online elections will be held for three positions on the Board of IITBAA. Nominations are due from Life Members by Aug 6 and voting will be held from Aug 12-19 on the election portal at http://www.iitbombayelections.org.

Notice of IITBAA Board Elections

  1. Notice is hereby given to all members of the IIT Bombay Alumni Association (IITBAA) inviting nominations for the IITBAA Board Elections 2010. Elections will be held in August 2010 for three (3) positions as Directors on the Board of IITBAA
  2. Any Life member of the Association can contest the election.
  3. Each nomination must be proposed and seconded by Life Members of IITBAA. The election rules are also available on the election portal at http://www.iitbombayelections.org.
  4. Nominations and Confirmation by the nominee shall be sent by e-mail to ElectionOfficer [at] iitbombay.org
  5. Voting will be conducted through internet by logging on to www.iitbombayelections.org.

Important dates for the IITB Alumni Association BoD Elections 2010 are as follows:

  1. Last date for filing nomination: August 6, 2010
  2. Last date for withdrawing nomination: August 9, 2010
  3. Date of announcing final list of candidates: August 10, 2010
  4. Polling starts on the election portal (http://www.iitbombayelections.org): August 12, 2010, 11:00 a.m.
  5. Polling ends on the election portal: (http://www.iitbombayelections.org): August 19, 2010, 11:00 a.m.
