To realize the mission of engaging students with alumni and promoting research and entrepreneurship, H7 and H4 alumni have started a project called STARS,-Student Achievement in Research & Scholarship, a programme that enables an alumnus to assist/support a team of high achieving student and his research/project advisor.  The student, under advisor's guidance submits a research project proposal, which would then be reviewed by the alumni community of that hostel.  Alumni may individually or collectively support and guide any project based on the extent and efforts needed.
