1. What process will we use to decide how the collected money will be used?
Student council provides the HATS core team quotations for the required item and get it approved. Once approved, AA can release the money in the name of vendor. More than one quotation will be good. Requirement of particular item should also be approved by Core Team.
2. In case of large donors, will we give the donor a choice about what the money can be spent on?
We can't deny that if donation is for a particular objective. We must respect donors wishes and moreover, it doesn't matter where the money goes as long as hostel is being aided by it in any manner.
3. How will HATS report on effective funds deployment?
Hostel wish list will be approved by the Core Team and should closely monitor the funds and it's usage. As in case of hostel-7 & 4, for the complete transparency, everything will be mentioned online
4. Do you think we can do a mess-worker reward program like the others did? What prep is needed for this and can we get volunteers for this?
Yes, we should. Retired mess workers list will be required which is already with the hostel. We need to locate them which will be an action item for us in December. HATS launch will with Mess Workers Awards on 26th Dec.
