Alumni Day 1998

Alumni Day '98, a landmark event in the Institute's calendar took place on Sunday, December 27. The participation was more than 425 Alumni and family members. Predominantly present were alumni of the Class of '73, who were celebrating their silver jubilee of graduating from IIT Bombay.

Besides the socialising and catching up with friends, the highlight was the address by Prof Sukhatme, Director and the comments, presentations, anecdotes by some of the alumni in the afternoon programme. Children were kept busy with a magic show and variety entertainment programme and the popular multimedia and internet room. Alumni showed keen interest in maintaining their contact with the Institute.
