year, it has improved remarkably.
This year it is to be held on the 14th and 15th
of October. A robotics competition and the only one of its kind in
India, it is being organized by the Mechanical Engineering
Association of IIT Bombay, and is a platform for students across
the country to acquire product development skills. It is no longer
a mere clash of robots, but a seat of exchange of knowledge.
Various events are scheduled for Yantriki 2000. These comprise of
the Competition; Robotix Workshop; Robex-the robotics exhibition;
Softech - the software exhibition; Demos by various companies and
sponsors of their software products; CAD/CAM/CAE Workshop;
