NOTICE FOR ELECTIONS

Elections would be held on 26th December 2004 for the 3 post of Directorship on the IIT Bombay Alumni Association’s Board.

Notice is hereby given to all members inviting nominations for Directorship of the Board of IITBAA
1. Any Life member of the Association can contest the election.
2. Each nomination shall be filed as per proforma given and shall be proposed and seconded by Life member of IITB-AA.
3. Nomination papers shall be submitted to the Alumni Office (presently housed at the office of the Alumni Affairs on the first floor of the Main Building) during working hours.
Important dates for the IITB-AA BoD elections 2004 are as follows
1. The last date of filing nomination papers : 10th December, 2004
2. The last date of withdrawing nomination : 13th December, 2004
3. Date of announcing final list of candidate : 15th December, 2004
4. The last date of receiving postal/written vote : 22nd December, 2004
5. Date & Time of Election : 26th December, 2004 at 11.00 am
