IITBHF sponsored the Distinguished Alumni Summit 2000 where a small group of IIT Bombay Alumni gathered to meet with the delegation from IIT Bombay.  They reviewed the current state of IIT Bombay and discussed plans for the work under way on the "Tryst with Excellence".  A similar Distinguished Alumni Summit on the West Coast will be held in San Francisco on September 30, 2000.
