Q: I faced a problem during credit card payment and was unable to complete the payment. However if I try to re-register I get an error message saying I am already registered. How can I complete the payment?
A: You will get a confirmation email at the email address you used during registration. This email will have your registration number and a link to complete payment, if payment was not completed at the time. You can also click here to go back and complete your registration, if you have your confirmation code.
Q: When I tried using the link in my confirmation email or in the 1 above, I get an error message saying that there is no Registration Entry for that Confirm, Code. What do I do?
A. That is a problem being looked into. For now, just click OK button in the error dialogue nd it should take you to a form where you can enter the confirmation code to proceed to payment.
Q: I want to change my payment mode to check and send a check. Where do I send it and whom do I draw it in favor of?

Q: My registration confirmation email was truncated and does not contain enough information for me to complete registration. What can I do?
A: This is a known issue with certain email servers. Please send an email to iitb85.registration.requests@iitbombay.org with details including the email address which you used to register, your name, department and hostel and we will send you further instructions to complete your registration.
Q: I registered some time back. I want to add my family members now. How can I do this?
A: Please send an email to iitb85.registration.requests@iitbombay.org with your request and you will receive further instructions. You will have to make a check payment for additions. For cancellations, please refer to our refund policy, and send an email to the address above with your request.
