Cancellation Policy
The Cancellation fee will be:
Cancellation until 30th September---100% refund (no deductions)
Cancellation between 1st October--30th November ---75% refund (25% deduction)
Cancellation after 1st December --10% refund (90% deduction)
T-Shirts
We are going to give out wonderful T-shits that you will preserve for ever. Unfortunately, only the alumnus will get a free T-shirt. For others, the cost will be Rs. 600 ($13) paid onsite
Hotel for the Reunion
Rooms at xxxxx have been reserved at Hotel Leela at Rs XXXX per night ($xxx) Room registration is not transferable. In order to make reservation please call the hotel directly and mention xxxxxx in order to get the negotiated rate. Also, please follow xxxx’s cancellation policy.
