      10:00 am Assemble at Campus (Gulmahor)

      10:15 am Interactive sessions in various departments at IIT Bombay Campus

This is one of the main events which would include a visit to SINE (An incubation center initiated by faculty/students) and departments (sciences, humanities, biotech, cultural centers---in addition to the engineering departments). We will divide into multiple groups depending on interest.

      12:30 pm Lunch

We plan to invite students who are interested in talking to us.

      2:00 pm  Techfest

      5:00 pm  Evening tea/snacks at hostels

       7:00 pm Dinner

Cost Reimbursement Charges

You and your guests will be able to participate in the reunion (register) for either or both days. The cost reimbursement charges are as follows:

You will be able to pay using a credit card or check (cheque), in either $ or in Rs..

Cancellation Policy
The Cancellation fee will be:
Cancellation between 2nd December--15th December---75% refund (25% deduction)
Cancellation after 16th December --10% refund (90% deduction)

T-Shirts

We are going to give out wonderful T-shits that you will preserve for ever. Unfortunately, only the alumnus will get a free T-shirt. For others, the cost will be Rs. 600 ($13) paid onsite

Hotel Accomodation

Rooms have been reserved for 6,7, and 8th January at Hotel Leela at Mumbai Airport at Rs. 7000 per night (single) and Rs. 7750 (double). The hotel will allow the same rate two days before and two days after these days, subject to availability of rooms. Room registration is not transferable.

If you have questions, her phone number is +91 98 214 23658. However, she will not take reservations on phone nor accept one line emails. The cancellation policy is 50% 30-45 days, 75% 15-30 days, and 100% less than 15 days.

You do not need to sign this form, if that makes things easier for you. However, if you prefer not to sign, please understand that the hotel will still assume that you still have agreed to all the terms and conditions and will not have any legal rights to dispute debits on these charges once committed. (In that case you can ignore the requirement for signature on the form.)
