Lodging at/near IIT Campus

IITBAA and the Reunion volunteers do their best to book lodging for outstation alumni during the Reunion. Since available rooms are always in short supply, we count on city alumni’s support in helping out visiting outstation alumni.

Mumbai alumni are requested to use their own resources in Mumbai to enable outstation batch-mates to reserve rooms on/near campus through IITBAA.

Accommodation through IITBAA is available at Vanvihar (on-campus) and NITIE/nearby hotels (near campus). The sites where IITBAA can provide assistance are listed in the table below. You may, of course, make your own reservations elsewhere in Mumbai or pile on to Mumbai batch mates.

You can make a request by giving your ordered preference for accommodation (the choices are: the IIT Guest House, NITIE Guest House, or nearby hotels) in the registration form.

We will then get in touch with you over email to convey the availability and to confirm the reservation or changes. You will be notified again by email when the actual reservation is made sometime later. Please note that in case of NITIE, the availability of rooms gets confirmed only after July/August 08.

At IIT or NITIE Guest House, allocation is made on a first-come-first-served basis. We’ll inform you by email if your request cannot be accommodated. Please be sure to provide all three preferences in order.

At the two hotels listed, we have the privilege of reservations through the IIT PRO at a discounted rate.
