Alumni Day 2006 will be held on December 25, 2006, drawing a large number of alumni to a special day of catching up with old cronies and reliving of old memories. These will include the group of the class of '81 who will be celebrating their Silver Jubilee Reunion. |

The Alumni Day 2006's programme will start at 12.00 noon with registration at PanIIT2006 conference venue Lobby at MMRDA ground (Bandra Kurla Complex). Fellowship will begin and alumni will renew their friendship with their old friends. The A.G.M. will starts at 2.30 p.m. which will be followed by main programme in main conference hall at 3.00 pm. with director's address, presentation of Distinguished service awards and programme by the Silver Jubilee batch. |

The Distinguished Service Awards were instituted in 1999 and they acknowledge the efforts of the Alumni who have successfully enhanced the IIT - industry interaction or contributed in notable ways towards the institute |
