A Challenge Grant

Avi Nash (BTech '75 ChE / H-8) has pledged up to $500,000 to the Chemical Engineering Department in the form of a $-for-$ matching gift. So all you Chemical Engineering alums out there ... get out your checkbooks and make it happen for your Department and your alma mater.

Avi would like to see this money go toward supporting the following:

Merit and/or need based student scholarships
Periodicals and software for the Department
Excellence in teaching awards which are to be adjudged by students

Who is Avi Nash ?

Avi Nash - also known as Avinash Manudhane - lives in the New York City area and is Co-Head of Global Chemicals and Materials Research and a Partner at Goldman Sachs. Avi completed his BTech in 1975 in Chemical Engineering and is from Hostel 8.
